We are about 15-ish days into our COVID-19 isolation here in the Midwest. It felt harder this week than last. In the midst of all the hard stuff, what stood out most prominently in these past 15-ish days is the RESILIENCE displayed all around us. While each day seems to bring a new surprising layer of uncertainty, we see people continuing to step through the uncertainty and toward one another. You inspire us. Is there fear? Yes. Grief? Absolutely. Name any of the emotions – we are all feeling them. Yet, through all that we are feeling, the things we see rising to the top are: Innovation, Creativity, Togetherness, Kindness, Love. There is much unknown remaining ahead, but let’s continue showing up – together! As with any transition, if we take it one step at a time, we might just be amazed at our transformation on the other side. We can do this!
